Hallo,
hiermit würden wir gerne unsere Wohnung zwischen 18.12.2019 - 08.01.2020 untermieten.
Die Wohnung befindet sich auf der Mansteinstrasse in einem Altbau auf der fünfte Stock. Die ist ca 55 qm und hat zwei Zimmer. Da wir selber in der Wohnung wohnen, ist funktionel und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Küche ist besonders hell und kriegt ganze mittag / nachmittag direkt die Sonne. Ein Heizofen, Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine stehen in der Küche zu verfügung. In dem Badezimmer gibt es eine Badewanne und genügende Platz für eure private Sachen. In dem Wohnzimmer findet man zwei Sessel, ein Sofa. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer ist genug groß für zwei Personen. Es gibt dort allerdings ein Sofa, ein Bibliotek und einen Schreibtisch.

The flat is available from 18.12. 2019 to 08.01.2020.
The apartment is located in Eimsbüttel, Mansteinstrasse. It’s around 55 m2, has two rooms (a living room and bedroom) and almost all day long cozy, sunny kitchen.
It’s on the 5th floor and there is no elevator as it’s an old building.
Kitchen and bathroom is both very well equipped. Plus, there’s space for work in the living room, we have a worktable available.
As we leave in the house some of our belongings will be left at the storage or in cupboard, but there will be enough free space for the guests.
Eppendorfer Weg, wo viele Cafés und Boutiques gibt, befindet sich um die Ecke. Öffentliche Verkehr ist zu Fuß erreichen.

The location is very central, the apartment is quite close to Eppenderfor Weg, the main street which is full with lovely boutiques, stores, cafes and grocery stores.
Haustiere sind leider in der Wohnung nicht erlaubt. Aus vertraglichen Gründen ist Party in der Wohnung auch nicht erlaubt und rauchen darf man nur in der Küche.
Miete kostet für die Wohnung 700€. Die Kaution is 300€. Beim Interesse, melden Sie sich einfach telefonisch, per email oder per whatsapp.
