Guten Tag! Da wir -Familie mit Kind- in eine andere Wohnung ziehen , bieten wir unsere komplett eingerichtete 3-Zimmer Wohnung in Hamburg, Niendorf zur Zwischenmiete an. Mindestens bis Ende Juni, maximal bis Ende September 2020.
Die Wohnung ist gemütlich, hell und gut geschnitten. Trotz der ruhigen Lage, ist die Wohnung sehr gut angebunden und man ist dank U2 Verbindung in kürzester Zeit mitten im Zentrum Hamburgs.
Die Küche verfügt über Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine und wir stellen gerne unser Geschirr, etc. zur Verfügung.
Es ist ohnehin eine Vollausstattung vorhanden, inklusive Telefon und Internet.
Herzstück der Wohnung ist aber natürlich das große Wohnzimmer, das auch im Winter super hell ist - dank großem Fenster und einer großen Balktontüre. Hier findet ihr ein großes Sofa, Fernseher, Tisch und eine Leseecke.
Weiters verfügt die Wohnung über ein kleines, ruhiges Arbeitszimmer mit einem Gästebett. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein 1,80er Bett.
Die Wohnung eignet sich sowohl für Paare als auch als 2er WG. Das Arbeitszimmer ließe sich auch als 2. Schlafzimmer umwandeln.
Besichtigungen sind nach Absprache möglich, falls ihr aktuell nicht in Hamburg wohnt wäre natürlich auch ein Skype-Gespräch inklusive Wohnungsführung möglich :-)
Der Zeitraum ist nicht komplett in Stein gemeißelt, es kann auch etwas kürzer oder länger sein, schreibt uns einfach und dann finden wir eine Lösung!
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus, welches in 2015 komplett (und energieeffizient) renoviert worden ist.
Der angegebene Preis von 1150 € ist ein all-inclusive Preis.

Hello! Since we - family with a child - are moving to another apartment, we offer our completely furnished 3-room apartment in Hamburg, Niendorf for interim rent. At least until end of June, maximum until end of September 2020.
The apartment is comfortable, bright and well cut. Despite the quiet location, the apartment is very well connected and thanks to the U2 connection you are in the center of Hamburg in no time.
The kitchen is equipped with washing machine and dishwasher and we are happy to provide our dishes, etc.
The apartment is fully equipped anyway, including telephone and internet.
But the heart of the apartment is of course the large living room, which is also super bright in winter - thanks to a large window and a large balcony door. Here you will find a large sofa, TV, table and a reading corner.
Furthermore the apartment has a small, quiet study with a guest bed. The bedroom has a 1,80m bed.
The apartment is suitable for couples as well as for 2 persons. The study could also be converted into a 2nd bedroom.
Visits are possible by arrangement, if you are not currently living in Hamburg, a Skype call including a guided tour would be possible :-)
The period of time is not completely set in stone, it can also be a bit shorter or longer, just write us and we will find a solution!
The apartment is located in an apartment building, which has been completely (and energy-efficiently) renovated in 2015.

Die Wohnung liegt in Hamburg-Niendorf, einem ruhigen und grünen Stadtteil direkt bei Eimsbüttel.
Niendorf Markt (dort ist das Tibarg-Center) mit seinen Geschäften, Cafés und Restaurants ist nur zwei U-Bahnstation oder 6 Busminuten entfernt. Auch im Zentrum ist man dank Anbindung an die U2 in kürzester Zeit. Die U-Bahnstation Schippelsweg ist knapp 8 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Das beliebte Ausflugsziel/Erholungsgebiet "Niendorfer Gehege" ist per Spatziergang erreichbar.
The apartment is located in Hamburg-Niendorf, a quiet and green district directly near Eimsbüttel.
Niendorf Markt (where the Tibarg-Center is located) with its shops, cafés and restaurants is only two underground stations or 6 minutes by bus away. You can also get to the city centre in no time thanks to the connection to the U2 underground. The underground station Schippelsweg is just under 8 minutes' walk away.
The popular excursion destination/recreational area "Niendorfer Gehege" can be reached on foot.
Die Miete versteht sich als "All-Inclusiv-Miete" pro Monat inkl. aller Betriebs- und Nebenkosten, wie auch GEZ, TV, Internet oder sonstigen Gebühren.
Die Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung.
Die Wohnung eignet sich sowohl für Paare als auch als 2er WG.
Bisher wohnen wir als Familie mit 2jährigem Kind in der Wohnung. Im Rahmen der Untervermietung nehmen wir natürlich die Kindermöbel und Spielzeuge, wodurch die Wohnung geräumiger wird.
