Da ich aus Hamburg wegziehe, suche ich einen geeigneten Nachmieter für meine wunderschöne Wohnung in mitten des beliebten und charmanten Stadtteil Ottensen. Zwei Jahre wohne und geniesse ich es nun hier. Würde ich nicht auswandern, käme ich nie auf die Idee meine Wohnung wegzugeben! ;)
Zur Wohnung:
Mein Highlight dieser Wohnung ist der wunderschöne Balkon, der den Blick in einen Innenhof mit Garten freigibt. Im Sommer lädt er zum gemütlichen Essen mit Freunden ein, um Topfgemüse anzupflanzen oder einfach eine kleine Pause von der Grossstadt einzulegen!
Im Anschluss ist eine relativ kleine, aber mit allem notwendigem eingerichtete Einbauküche. Darauf folgt ein langer Gang. Daran angeschlossen ein Bad mit Dusche; ein separates WC (sehr praktisch), 1 (Schlaf-)Zimmer zum Innenhof hin und 2 Zimmer zur Strasse hin mit grossen Fenstern.

Because I leave Hamburg, I search for a next tenant for my beautiful flat in the middle of Ottensen, a very charming district of Hamburg. Two years I enjoyed living here. If I wouldn't emigrate, I would never ever give up this flat! ;)
Now to the apartment:
My personal highlight of this flat is the beautiful balcony, which provides a view into a garden courtyard. In summer, it offers nice space for a friendsdinner, to plant vegetables and flowers or just to escape from the citylife!
Followed by a relatively small kitchen, where you find all necessary. The kitchen is followed by a long corridor, from which you have access to a bathroom with shower; a separate toilet (very practical;), a room to courtyard side and 2 rooms to the street side with high windows.

Car je déménage de Hambourg, je cherche un locataire suivant pour mon joli appartement en sein d'Ottensen, un très charmant quartier de Hambourg. J'ai appréci de vivre ici pendant deux ans. Si je n'émigrais pas, je voudrais jamais laisser cet appartement! ;)
Maintenant, l'appartement:
Mon personel aspect original c'est le beau balcon, qui offre une vue sur une cour de jardin. En été, il propose une belle place pour un joli repas entre amis, à planter des légumes du pot ou pour fuir la grande ville!
Ce qui suit est une relativement petit cuisine, mais avec tout ce qui faut. Elle est suivie par un long couloir, de celui on a acces d'une salle de bains avec douche; une petite toilette séparée (très pratique;), une chambre direction cour et deux chambre direction rue avec des grande fenêtres.
Die wunderschöne Altbauwohnung befindet sich an bester Lage:
- Mitten in Ottensen, am westlichen Ende der Ottenser Hauptstrasse
- keine grosse, befahrene Strasse in der Nähe!
- ca. 8 Gehminuten zum Altonaer Bhf.
- 2min Fussweg zur Bushaltestelle "grosse Brunnenstrasse"
- nette Nachbaren (Familien, Pärchen und ältere Leute)
- 1min Parkanlage mit Spielplatz und Hundeauslauf
- 30min schöner Spaziergang durch Quartier und Park zum Elbstrand (Övelgönne)
Ottensen und Altona bieten einen tollen Mix an süssen, kleinen Geschäften und den altbekannten Ketten, somit fehlt es hier an nichts! Auch gibt es sehr leckere Restaurants und tolle Cafés hier.

The beautiful old building is located in a prime location :
- In the middle of Ottensen, at the western end of the "Ottenser Hauptstrasse"
- No large, big street near !
- In about 8 minutes you're at the Train Station Hamburg-Altona.
- 2min walk and you are standing at the bus stop "Grosse Brunnenstrasse"
- nice neighbors (Families, couples and elderly people)
- 1min park with playground and dog field
- 30min nice walk through the district and a park to the "Elbstrand" / beach (Övelgönne)
Ottensen and Altona offer a great mix of sweet , small shops and the well-known chains , so you won't
miss anything here! Also, there are very tasty restaurants and great cafés here.

Le bel immeuble ancienne est située dans un emplacement de premier choix :
- Au milieu de Ottensen , à l'extrémité ouest de l' "Ottenser Hauptstrasse"
- Il n'y a pas de grande rue bruyant autour!
- Dans environ 8 minutes vous êtes à la gare Hamburg-Altona .
- 2min à pied et vous êtes à l'arrêt de bus " grosse Brunnenstrasse "
- gentils voisins (familles, couples et personnes âgés)
- 1min parque avec terrain de jeux et place pour les chiens
- 30min jolie prommenade par le quartier et un parque à la plage "Elbstrand" (Övelgönne)
Ottensen et Altona offrent un grand mélange de joli, de petits magasins et les chaînes bien connues , donc il ne vous allez rien manquer! Aussi, il y a très savoureux restaurants et des cafés bien charmant .
Frei ist die Wohnung ab 1. August oder nach Absprache.
Der Vermieter will explizit keine WGs mehr.
Am Ende trifft der er die Wahl, aber ich möchte ihm nur passende Interessenten vorschlagen. Also Bitte auch nur bewerben, wenn eine einwandfreie Bonität und keine Vorstrafen vorhanden sind, Danke!

You can move in the first August or after consultation.
The landlord does not want any shared flat arrangement anymore. In the end it will be him making the final decision, but I only want to present him potential renters who awnser his conception. So Please do also only email me if your credit-worthiness is flawless and you have no police-records, thank you!

Le logeur ne veut explicitement plus des arrangement colocation. À la fin ça va être lui qui décidra, mais je veux lui présenter que des personnes qui sont à sa hateur.
