Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und ruhig. Im Schlafzimmer steht ein 1,40 x 2.00 m Bett. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit Couch, Sitzsack und einem großen Fernseher ausgestattet. Schaut man hier aus dem Fenster blickt man direkt aufs Schulterblatt. Das Bad ist letztes Jahr renoviert worden und in sehr gutem Zustand. In der Küche gibt es eine Sitzmöglichkeit für zwei Personen. Ansonsten findet ihr hier alles was man zum leben braucht.
Des Weiteren hat die Wohnung noch ein Gästezimmer, ebenfalls mit Schrank und Matratze.
In der Wohnung gibt es eine Highspeed- Internet- Verbindung und HD TV. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind auch vorhanden.
Ich vermiete meine 65 qm große Wohnung in einem der attraktivsten Stadtteile Hamburgs. In der Schanze ist immer was los. Direkt vor der Tür befinden sich etliche Bars und kleine Restaurants.
Von der Wohnung läuft man drei Minuten zur U-Bahn Station Feldstraße (U3) und fährt 12 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof. Neben den vielen Bars und Restaurants befindet sich das St. Pauli Stadion in unmittelbarer Nähe.
