Wir vermieten unsere tolle 2,5 Zimmer Wohnung in Winterhude von Februar bis März unter. Aktuell wird sie als 2er WG genutzt, kann aber auch als komplette Wohnung vermietet werden. Die Wohnung kann möbliert oder teilmöbliert genutzt werden. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, das Bad (mit Badewanne und Fenster) wurde vor kurzem erst renoviert. Die große Fensterfront Richtung Süden sowie der helle Dielenboden lassen die Wohnung freundlich und gemütlich wirken. Ein kleiner Balkon ins Grüne ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Das kleine Zimmer wird aktuell als Kleiderzimmer genutzt, sodass die beiden großen Zimmer komplett als Wohnraum genutzt werden können.

we're offering our appartement for sublease in February and March 2019. The rooms will be fully or partially furnished.
The flat consists of our rooms, a small wardrobe-room, the nice bath room with a tube and window as well as a full equiped kitchen.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in zentraler Lage mit vielen Geschäften, Restaurants und Wochenmarkt in direkter Nähe. Trotzdem ist es ruhig. In 5-10 Min. zu Fuß sind Alster und Stadtpark zu erreichen. Die U-Bahn Haltestelle Lattenkamp sowie diverse Bushaltestellen der Linien 20, 25, 109 und 26 sind ebenfalls nur 5 Min. Fußweg entfernt.
The appartement is centrally located with lots of shops, restaurants and a lovely market place near by. Bus und subway is also just around the corner, so you have to walk not more than 5 minutes. Stadtpark (big central park) and the Alster are easy to reach by foot.
