The Apartment is beautiful, well lighten and organized in a comfortable way. The kitchen has plenty of room so it's great if you like cooking. The shower room is also big and it has a bathtub and enough space for a washing machine, the water pressure is nice! And the water heating works great. The main living room is a nice 12 m^2 space where a sofa and a table can be, also with a desk. It is a well light room with two windows. The bedroom is not very big (9 m^2) but it is very enough. All in all the apartment is great and fun to live, i enjoyed it very very much.
there may stay: kitchen, sofa, coffee table and some more stuff depends on the will of the next resident
The Rehbockstr is in the Nordstadt, it is an awesome neighborhood, including all the greatness Hannover has to offer. First it is very close to the UNI, and it's also very close to three main stations (Nordstadt-5 min with a bike, and two Tram stations - 5 min walk). There are also plenty of small bars, caffes and bakeries to enjoy daily. In addition the herrenhauser park is 5 min walk and in total the atmosphere here is just great.
The apartment at a sublet by me and therefore any decision about the next resident will be made by the lease and apartment owner.
