We are leaving our cosy and brilliantly located 45 sqm 2-room apartment in Neuenheim and are searching for a tenant (nachmieter) who can occupy the apartment from 12/06/2016. The apartment has a small bedroom, a bathroom with tub, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen (with stove and refrigerator), which is included in the rent. Everything in the apartment is in good condition. The apartment is on the third floor in a three floor builiding (the consequent sloping ceiling do restrict the use of the space a little). The apartment provides great space for one person or a couple (but is not suitable for a wohngemeinschaft). The current rent is 350 euro plus 120 euro in nebenkosten, which includes heating. Electricity is paid separately by the tenant.
Ideally located on Schröderstrasse in beautiful Heidelberg Neuenheim, a few minutes walk to tram stops, Neckarwiese, restaurants, REWE, LIDL etc.
Priority will be given to those willing to buy the furniture and some other things that are in the flat, most of which we ourselves bought from the previous tenant when we moved in. This includes a washing machine, a bed with mattress, a desk, an armchair with footrest, kitchen table with chairs, drawers, shelves, lamps and several other things - all in fair or good condition.
