Mein Freund und ich suchen eine*n Zwischenmieter*in für unsere gemütliche 2-Zimmer Wohnung, da wir ein Praktikum im Ausland machen werden. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Küche, Toilette sowie einem Bad mit Dusche. Alle Möbel und Kücheneinrichtung bleiben in der Wohnung. Außerdem ist eine Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine vorhanden.
In den 900€ ist alles Enthalten - von Miete, über Internet bis Strom, Gas und Wasser.
My boyfriend and I are looking for an interim tenant for our cozy 2-room flat, because we are going to do an internship in Japan. The flat has a bedroom, living room, kitchen, a small bathroom containing the toilet and a bigger bathroom containing the shower. The whole furniture will stay in the flat during your stay. The 900€ includes everything – rent, internet, electricity, gas, water.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Schröderstraße in Neuenheim, was sehr zentral ist. Die Haltestelle „Brückenstraße“ ist zu Fuß in 2 min zu erreichen. In die Altstadt läuft man 10-15min, und ins Neuenheimer Feld ebenfalls. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man dementsprechend schneller! Außerdem ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig, da sie im Hinterhaus liegt. Dort können auch Fahrräder abgestellt werden.
The flat is located in the Schröderstraße in Neuenheim, which is as central as possible. The tram and bus stop “Brückenstraße” is only 2min away by foot. It will take you about 10-15 min to walk to the old town, same for the campus “Im Neuenheimer Feld”.
Die Wohnung liegt uns sehr am Herzen, weshalb wir eine*n sehr verantwortungsvolle*n Mieter*in suchen. Außerdem wäre es toll, wenn Du dich um meine Pflanzen kümmern könntest. Bei Fragen melde dich gerne :)
