looking for a flatmate in Ziegelhausen, Köpfelweg

Hello,
I am Sanubar. Moved in this house in January 2023 and one of the rooms have been empty since. Finally I decided to look for someone for that room.
About me: I am an IT Consultant. Originally from Azerbaijan. 32 years young. My german is not fluent yet. I speak azerbaijani, turkish and some russian as well. I work a lot from home, and therefore appreciate quiet. Oh and I was a flight attendant before and travelled for 4 years. Now Im spending time at home most of the time.
House: it is Einfamilienhaus divided half. The owners live on the other side.
Amenities: Kitchen equipments, dishwasher, water boiler etc. I dont have a washing mashine yet. Maybe we can buy that later.
Biggest perk: It is just 2 mins walk to the Hallenbad Köpfel. It is nice to swim there. There is tennis court as well.
Theres a very nice mountain area as well with proper river and everything. I go to walk there very often. Feels heavenly. The view from surroundings are breathtaking too. So, if you are into mountains and quiet atmosphere, this house is for you. Otherwise, please note that it takes bus 33 almost 40minutes to reach here from city center.
I would love to hear from you soon. Please also add some info about where are you from, what is your favorite food and your date of birth so I can check if our moon signs match. Moon in your chart represents house, so you know.. I am an aries sun, capricorn moon btw.
