Für unsere super-nette 2 Zimmer Wohnung in der Unterbergerstrasse 15 suchen wir noch eine(n) Mitbewohner/in.
Die beiden Zimmer sind ca. 19 & 25 m2 groß, getrennt begehbar, ruhig gelegen und voll möbliert. Einen Balkon gibt es auch, und ist von dem 25 m2 Zimmer begehbar. Kostenpunkt fuer die gesamte Wohnung: 840 EUR plus ca. 60 EUR Strom & Wasser. Internet ist auch extra.
Du solltest Nichtraucher sein, entweder studieren oder Jungakademiker sein und nicht jeden Abend wilde Parties in der Wohnung feiern wollen. ;-)
Besichtigungen können gerne morgen Sonntag oder am Montag stattfinden. Bitte trage eine FFP2 oder FFP1 Maske zu unsrer allen Sicherheit. Vielen Dank. :-)

Hi everybody!
We are looking for a nice flatmate (girl or boy) for our big room in our very nice 2 bedroom apartment in “Unterbergerstrasse 15” in Hoetting, Innsbruck.
The rooms are approx. 19 & 25 m2 big (both separately accessible), quietly located, bright, fully furnished, 1 room has a direct access to the balcony and the whole flat costs 840 EUR per month, plus 60 EUR for Electricity / Water. Internet is also extra.
You should either be non-smoker, a student or young professional and not intend to throw wild parties every night. ;-)
A viewing is possible of course, for example on Sunday or Monday, just give me a call! I would kindly ask you to wear a FFP1 or FFP2 mask, for each other's safety. Thank you in advance. :-)
