Wenn ihr eine schöne zentral gelegene helle 2-Zimmer-Wohnung mit Balkon sucht, dann ist diese genau die richtige für dich alleine, für euch als Paar oder für ne Zweier-WG!
Große Fenster lassen auch bei dem jetzigen trüben Wetter viel Licht in die Wohnung.
Die Küche mit allen Elektrogeräten würde ich sehr gern drin lassen (VB) als auch die Waschmaschine kann gern abgekauft werden. Für das Laminaten was in allen Räumen bis auf Bad und Küche verlegt ist wird ebenfalls noch ein Obolus fällig. (Auf Anfrage).
Die Wohnung ist direkt neben einem Lidl gelegen, Fußweg keine 2 Minuten. Die Haltestelle für die Straßenbahn "Nordschule" ist ca. 5 Minuten entfernt sowie der Saalbahnhof ist auch nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt.
Es gibt auch einen Stellplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Aktuell für 20 € im Monat.
Bitte vorzugsweise mir ne Email schreiben, wenn ihr Interesse habt... die Wohnung kann eher abends besichtigt werden.
