The living area is about 54m² and has a roomy kitchen and a balcony facing the courtyard. There is also a garden in the courtyard, a drying room and a piano. The first bedroom has a double bed, desk, a 3-door mirror cupboard and a dozen bookshelves. The second bedroom has two bookcases, a piano, a cupboard and a single bed. This flat is being rented out all bills included – gas, electricity, water, waste water, garbage, internet, chimney sweep, gardening, stairwell cleaning and shared electricity (for the stairwell etc).
