Die Wohnung liegt im Herzen von Nippes, ganz in der Nähe vom Wilhelmplatz, wo es jeden Tag außer Sonntag eine tollen Wochenmarkt gibt. Die Wohnung hat große Fester mit einem schönen Ausblick auf Baumwipfeln und zeigt Richtung Süden, so dass man viel Sonne geniessen kann.

Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer, das ich auch als Arbteitszimmer benutze, einem kleinen Flur, einer separaten Küche (auch mit großem Fester) und Badezimmer mit Dusche.

Die Wohung wird möbliert übergeben, mit Bett, Sofa, Bücherregal und großem Schrank. In der Küche ist alles nötige vorhanden, leider keine Spülmaschine, aber sonst alles was man braucht, inkl. Waschmaschine. Es gibt auch einen Keller, falls Platz für Koffer oder etwas anderes benötigt wird.

In den Nebenkosten ist auch eine schnelle Internetverbindung mitinbegriffen.
