Ich bin für 6 Wochen auf Reisen und vermiete in der Zwischenzeit meine geliebte Wohnung in Sülz.
Im Haus sind die Leute bunt gemischt, wir helfen uns gerne aus und Pakete annehmen ist überhaupt kein Problem.
Wie man auf den Fotos erkennt, ist es eher minimalistisch eingerichtet, aber alles was man im täglichen Leben braucht ist vorhanden.
Sülz ist einer meiner Lieblingsstadtteile in Köln. Hier wirds nicht langweilig! Es gibt etliche tolle Cafes (Heilandt - bester Kaffee in Köln) und Restaurants. Alles ist in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Einkaufmöglichkeiten sind zu Genüge vorhanden: Aldi, REWE, Edeka, Alnatura...
Die Straßenbahn ist in weniger als einer Minute zu erreichen - Nummer 18 Richtung Barbarossaplatz/Hürth.
Nach Absprache kann man eventuell ein paar Tage länger bleiben.
Für 6 Wochen verlange ich insgesammt 1.500€.
