Zwischenmiete für Mai/Juni2024 - Schöne Wohnung in Sülz

**Dies ist eine befristete Untermiete vom 24. Mai bis 16 Juni (24 Tage). This is a short-term stay from May th - June 16th (24 days) only!***

Da ich im Ausland sein werde, suche ich eine/n zuverlässige/n und ordentliche/n Untermieter/in. Für den Zeitraum vom 24. Mai bis 16. Juni kostet die Wohnung pauschal mit allem Drum und Dran 750€. Solltest Du nicht für den ganzen Zeitraum eine Bleibe suchen, können wir hier auch nochmal reden, länger geht leider nicht.

Dafür darfst du dich auch in der Wohnung ganz zu Hause fühlen und alles mit-benutzen, was du brauchst. Handtücher, Bettwäsche, etc. stelle ich dir auch gern zur Verfügung. Idealerweise hast du einen grünen Daumen und kümmerst dich um meine Zimmerpflanzen :)

Die Wohnung besteht aus einer großen Wohnküche mit Zugang zum sonnigen Balkon sowie einem separaten Schlafzimmer, in dem auch ein Schreibtisch steht.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Hinterhaus, wo du nichts von Straßenlärm mitbekommst und einen Blick auf grüne Bäume hast!

Die Wohnung ist modernisiert und saniert hat aber durch die 3m hohen Decken noch Altbaucharme.

Sehr nette, ruhige und rücksichtsvolle Hausgemeinschaft.

I would like to sublet my apartment from May 24th to June 16th. The costs are all-in 750€.
If you need a place not for the entire time, there is some flexibility! Unfortunately, the apartment isn't available beyond the specified date.

The apartment is located in the back house and is therefore completely quiet. You have a beautiful view of a lot of greenery and trees. The balcony gets several hours of sun a day.

The apartment is modernized and renovated but still has old building charm due to the 3m high ceilings.

The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need to live. I am also happy to provide towels/bed linen. All appliances such as pots, pans, coffee maker may of course be used.

I am therefore also looking for someone who is responsible and treats the apartment with care. Gladly someone who doesn't mind to water my houseplants during the time :)
