Ab 01.08.2023 werden beide Zimmer unserer WG mit ca. 45 qm frei. Sie befindet sich in der Andreas Hofer Str. 9. Nur ein Haus ist zwischen FH und deinem Zimmer.
Ideal wäre es, wenn ihr zu zweit was sucht! Wenn du an der FH studierst und mindestens zwei Jahre wohnen bleibst, wäre das optimal. Sorry, aber der Vermieter nimmt keine Gaststudenten, weil es dann zu oft einen Wechsel geben würde...
Pro Person kosten die Betriebskosten (Nebenkosten in D genannt): 72,68 €. Kaltmiete ca. 355 € und 370 €.
Die WG ist möbliert.
