Die Wohnung hat ein großes Wohn-/Arbeitszimmer mit offener Küche und ein separates Schlafzimmer. Das Bad hat ein großes Fenster und eine Badewanne.
Ich bin für 3 Monate unterwegs und will die Wohnung in der Zeit in gute Hände geben. Wichtig ist auch, dass sich jemand findet der/die sich um meine Pflanzen kümmert.
Die Wohnung ist möbliert und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Parallelstraße der Karl-Heine-Straße. Es ist also sehr ruhig, aber wenn man will ist man schnell auf einer belebten Straße. Man hat es nicht weit zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle und fährt ca. 12 Minuten bis zum Hauptbahnhof.
Es gibt verschiedene Supermärkte, Cafés und Restaurants in nächster Nähe. Der Kanal ist um die Ecke, Palmengarten und Auenwald sind auch nicht weit.

The flat is located in a road parallel to Karl-Heine-Straße. That means it's very quiet, but you can quickly be on a lively street. The tram station is 2 minutes away and it takes around 12 minutes until you arrive at the main station.
There are several supermarkets, cafés and restaurants close by. The canal is around the corner, Palmengarten and Auenwald are not far either.
