ALLGEMEIN: Nicht WG geeignet. Perfekt für Pärchen mit oder ohne Baby. Dies ist unser Zuhause. Es ist uns wichtig, dass unser Zwischenmieter*in verantwortungsbewusst und vertrauenswürdig ist.

We are going to visit family abroad and our beautiful rooftop apartment is for rent while we are away. Avail from Oct 15 - Jan 15, exact dates are flexible!
LOCATION: Quiet side street, close to the park, forest and river. Supermarkets nearby, 3 min to the tram, 20 min by tram to the main station. Close to trendy areas, Karl Heine canal etc.
GENERAL: Not suitable for flat share. Perfect for couples with or without baby. This is our home and you must be responsible and trustworthy.
