The flat has 3 rooms (from which I am subletting 2) – one big living room, a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and the gem of the flat: a big balcony with a beautiful view.
It's a very light flat, there's a washing machine and even a bike you can use.
I'm doing an Erasmus+ internship for 10 months and am looking for someone who wants to sublet the 2 rooms of the flat (the other room is where I will store my stuff). Preferably one responsible, quiet person that will take good care of my plants and things :-)
Duration and start / end of the sublet can be individually adjusted – it could also just be for the first semester (OCT – FEB).

Die Wohnung hat 3 Zimmer, von denen ich zwei zur Zwischenmiete vermiete – ein großes Wohnzimmer, ein Schlafzimmer, Küche, Bad und das Prachtstück der Wohnung: der große Balkon mit Sicht über ganz Leipzig.
Die Zimmer sind sehr hell, es gibt eine Waschmaschine und ich lasse auch ein Fahrrad hier, das du benutzen kannst.
Ich gehe für 10 Monate ins Ausland und suche deswegen eine Person, die 2 der 3 Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete bewohnen möchte. Das dritte Zimmer wäre das, in dem ich meine Sachen verstaue. Am liebsten gerne eine Person, die ruhig und verantwortungsvoll ist und sich um meine Pflanzen kümmern würde :-)
Der Beginn / Dauer und Ende der Zwischenmiete können wir auch individuell ansprechen und ausmachen.
Kleinzschocher is in the South-West of Leipzig, about 15 – 20 mins from the city center by tram and bike.
Many tram stops are in 5 minute walking distance, where trams head to the center and the main train station.
The flat is in a rather quiet living area, a bit further out, but close to the Gießer- and Karl-Heine-Straße where lots of nice cafés and restaurants are; also, a big park is close-by and on the other side is a field with lots of trees and a nice café.
Grocery stores (Rewe) are 5 mins away as well.

Kleinzschocher ist im Süd-Westen Leipzigs, 10 – 15 min mit dem Rad und der Tram von der Innenstadt entfernt.
Es gibt viele Tram-Haltestellen die fußläufig erreichbar sind, auch ein Hauptknotenpunkt (Adler), von dem aus viele Trams in Richtung Innenstadt fahren.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer eher ruhigen Wohngegend, ist aber sehr nahe an der Gießer- und Karl-Heine-Straße, auf denen es nette Cafés und Restaurants gibt. Außerdem ist der riesige Volkspark sehr dicht und auch hinten raus ein stillgelegtes Gleisbett und Felder.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Rewe sind auch nur 5 min entfernt.
