Ich verlasse Leipzig Ende September und suche jemanden, der die Miete der Wohnung ab dem 1 Oktober übernimmt. Es befindet sich in der Georg Schwarz Straße und verfügt über 2 separate Zimmer, ein großes Badezimmer mit Badewanne und eine ausgestattete Küche. Die Küchenausstattung ist vom Eigentümer in der Miete enthalten und es ist keine zusätzliche Gebühr für die Übernahme erforderlich. Ich kann meine Grundmöbel ohne zusätzliche Gebühr in der Wohnung (Couch, Sessel) lassen oder entfernen. Die Miete beträgt 495 warm.

I leave Leipzig end of September and I am looking for someone to take the rent of the flat from the 1 of October. It’s on Georg Schwarz str., has 2 separate rooms, big bathroom with bath tube and equiped kitchen. The kitchen equipment is included in the rent by the owner and no additional fee for taking it over is required. I can leave my basic furniture in the flat (couch, armchairs) with no additional fee, or to remove it. Behind the building there is a nice garden/hoff which you can use and store the bikes. The rent is 495 euros warm. The owner is a very friendly and adequate international person. The main tenant can have a flatmate for one of the rooms.
