ich verlasse für ein paar Monate Leipzig und stelle meine Wohnung zur Untermiete zur Verfügung. Du hast viel Platz um dich wohlzufühlen. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. In einer ruhigen Straße gelegen, ohne Straßenbahn-Gerumpel oder Autolärm.
ab sofort
Der Karl-Heine-Kanal ist sozusagen um die Ecke und du fährst nahezu ohne Autoverkehr in ca.15 min in die Innenstadt. Plagwitz (Ausgehen/Gastronomie/Kunst/Theater) ist fußläufig erreichbar, ebenso Lindenau. Den Cospudener See erreichst du in 20-25 Minuten.
Da ich im Ausland arbeite ist der Zeitraum fix, also ca. 6 Monate ab sofort.
