Für den Zeitraum vom 25. Februar bis 15. September suchen wir – Shalaja und Henning – Zwischenmieter für unsere Wohnung mit Blick in den Süden. Insgesamt bietet unsere Wohnung im Leipziger Osten auf 68m² ein Schlafzimmer (ca. 12m²), ein Duschbad, eine geräumige Wohnküche (ca. 22m²) sowie ein Wohnzimmer mit Erker (ca. 20m²). Diese würden wir euch voll möbliert übergeben.
Zwar nutzen wir die Wohnung selbst als Paar, aber sie ist auch für 2er-WGs geeignet.

Hi there,
We - Shalaja and Henning - are looking for someone interested in an intermediate rent . We will be gone from february 25th till september 15th. Our Apartment offers a spacious 68m² composed of a bedroom (12m²), one bathroom with shower, a large and open kitchen (22m²) as well as a cozy living room (20m²). All rooms will be rent out with furniture.
Although the apartment fits the needs of a couple perfectly, it can also be used as a flat share.
Die Wohnung selbst ist zentrumsnah gelegen (5-10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad) und eine Haltestelle der LVB liegt direkt vor der Haustür. Eine Möglichkeit um Fahrräder sicher und trocken abzustellen befindet sich hinter dem großen Innenhof, der von allen Mietern zum Grillen und Plauschen genutzt werden kann. Bei Krankheitsfällen befindet sich eine Arztpraxis im Haus.

The apartment is located close to the center of Leipzig (about 5 to 10 minutes by bike to get to the University). The next LVB tram and bus station is right in front of the door. You will also find an opportunity to safely park your bike right across the large and open backyard. The backyard itself can (and most certainly will) be used by any tenant, either for BBQ or a short break. In case of injuries or illness, there are two doctors in the same building.
Die monatlichen Kosten betragen mit Heizung, Strom, Wasser, Internet und Telefon insgesamt 500 EUR. Die Kaution liegt mit etwas mehr als einer Monatsmiete bei 600 EUR.
Da wir selbst Nichtraucher sind, bevorzugen wir Nichtraucher. Raucher, die damit einverstanden sind, nur außerhalb der Wohnung zu rauchen, sind natürlich ebenso willkommen.

The monthly rent will be 500 EUR and includes heating, water, phone and internet. We expect another 600 EUR to be a reasonable sum for a deposit.
Being non-smokers ourselves, we prefer our apartment to be entirely smoke-free during our absence. However, if smokers agree to smoke outside in the backyard, then all interested parties are very welcome.

If you are unable to move in on february 25th, it's also possible on march 1st.
