Da ich von Anfang August bis Mitte/Ende Oktober nicht in Leipzig bin, suche ich eine oder zwei vertrauenswürdige Personen, die solange auf meine Wohnung aufpassen. :) Die Wohnung hat 2,5 Zimmer: 1 Schlafzimmer, 1 Wohn-/Arbeitszimmer und eine halb abgetrennte Küche mit Essbereich. Ich lebe zwar alleine hier, aber die Wohnung bietet genug Platz für zwei Personen.
Ich vermiete die Wohnung mit einer gemütlichen Einrichtung und allem, was man fürs Wohnen braucht (Bettwäsche, Handtücher, etc.).
Der angegebene Preis entspricht 1 Monatsmiete.
As I will not be in Leipzig from the beginning of August until the mid/end of October, I am looking for one or two trustworthy people to look after my apartment for the duration. :) The apartment has 2.5 rooms: 1 bedroom, 1 living/study room and a semi-separate kitchen with dining area. I live here alone, but the apartment offers enough space for two people.
I rent the apartment with a cozy interior and everything you need for living (bed linen, towels, etc.).
The price quoted corresponds to 1 month's rent.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral im Leipziger Osten. Um die Ecke ist direkt eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle, wo die Tram 7 fährt und die Tram 4 ist auch nicht weit. Beide Straßenbahnen fahren 15 Minuten ins Zentrum und zum Hauptbahnhof. Fußläufig ist ein Kaufland, Netto und Konsum.
Die Eisenbahnstraße mit ihren Bistros, Cafés und Bars liegt auch nicht weit entfernt (10 min zu Fuß).
The apartment is very centrally located in the east of Leipzig. There is a streetcar stop just around the corner, where streetcar 7 runs and streetcar 4 is also not far away. Both streetcars take 15 minutes to the city center and the main train station. Kaufland, Netto and Konsum are within walking distance.
Eisenbahnstraße with its bistros, cafés and bars is also not far away (10 minutes on foot).
