Für Kurzentschlossene vermiete ich meine komplett möblierte Wohnung zum WGT 2019. Ihr dürft gern alles nutzen und euch wie zu Hause fühlen. Ich werde in dem Zeitraum bei meinem Freund wohnen, ihr habt also die ganze Wohnung mit Balkon und kompletter Ausstattung für euch (aktuelle Bilder folgen noch):
- Balkon
- 1 Bett (140x200cm)
- große Couch (evtl. weiterer Schlafplatz für 1-2 Personen)
- Esstisch
- Fernseher
- Waschmaschine, Dusche, WC
- Kühlschrank, Tiefkühler, Herd, Ofen/Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, komplettes Küchenzubehör
- Handtücher und Bettwäsche, Föhn
- und natürlich Wlan, ihr sollt euch ja wie zu Hause fühlen ;)

I'm offering my whole apartment in Leipzig for visitors of the Wave Gothic festival 2019. I wont be at home during this time, so the apartment is yours for the whole weekend.
It's including:
- balcony
- 1 bed (140x200cm)
- big couch (1-2 persons)
- dining table
- TV
- washing machine, shower, toilet
- fully equipped kitchen with cutlery, stove, fridge, freezer, oven/microwave, dishwasher
- towels and bedding, hair-dryer
- wifi
Die Wohnung befindet sich im hippen Plagwitz zwischen Galerien und Künstlern der Baumwollspinnerei und liegt direkt am idyllischen Karl-Heine-Kanal (Klein-Venedig) ;) Der Clara-Zetkin-Park ist in 15min. zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Die Mitbewohner des Hauses sind freundlich und ruhig.
Auf der Karl-Heine-Straße gibt es viele Ausgehmöglichkeiten wie Bars, Restaurants und Cafés und tolle kleine und individuelle Läden.
In der Nähe (200m) befinden sich verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Edeka, Rossmann, Apotheke usw. in der Elster-Passage).
Es fährt die Straßenbahn 3 und 14 und der Bus 74 ab Felsenkeller.

The apartment is located in Plagwitz, a very young and hip district of Leipzig. You can find lots of artists and galeries here.
The other tenants in the house are friendly and quiet.
You can find restaurants, bars and coffee shops nearby, especially around the Karl-Heine-Straße/Merseburger Straße.
There are supermarkets within a 200m distance, as well as some local public transport stations.
Die Tagesmiete beträgt 45,-/Nacht für die komplette Wohnung. Pro weiterer Person kommen 10,00€/Nacht hinzu (höchstens 4 Personen insgesamt), also 55€/Nacht für 2 Personen usw.
Die Wohnung eignet sich vor allem für Pärchen, es können aber auch noch 2 weitere Personen auf der Couch Platz finden oder eine Luftmatraze mitgebracht und in die Stube gelegt werden.

Da all meine privaten Sachen drin bleiben, gibt es eine pro forma Kaution von 100€.
Es wär schön, wenn ihr euch kurz vorstellt und ein bisschen was zu euch schreibt :) Wenn ihr schon eher anreisen oder länger bleiben wollt, lässt sich bestimmt drüber reden.

The Daily rent is 45€ per night for the whole apartment. For the second and each further person it's 10€ per night extra (55€/night for 2 persons and so on). It's convenient for up to 4 people. The deposit is 100€.
