Die Wohnung liegt in Reudnitz fast direkt am beliebten Lene-Voigt-Park. Bahn und Bus erreicht man in drei Minuten zu Fuß. Die Innenstadt aber auch die Südvorstadt erreicht man mit Fahrrad oder ÖPNV in zehn Minuten. Es gibt mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der direkten Umgebung und auch ein Späti ist direkt um die Ecke.

The flat is located in Reudnitz almost directly next to the popular Lene-Voigt-Park. The train and bus are a three-minute walk away. The city centre and Südvorstadt can be reached in ten minutes by bike or public transport. There are several shops in the immediate vicinity and a Späti is also just around the corner.

Wir ziehen innerhalb Leipzigs um. Wegen der Kündigungsfristen steht unsere alte Wohnung für einen Monat praktisch leer. Falls Ihr gerade auf der Suche nach einer Wohnung seid und etwas kurzfristiges braucht, seid ihr bei uns richtig. Wir würden euch anbieten, die Küche, ein Bett und ein Sofa in der Wohnung zu lassen - sodass ihr das Nötigste zum Wohnen da habt. Allerdings müsst ihr euch im Klaren sein, dass die Wohnung sonst komplett leer sein und dementsprechend auch nicht den Bildern entsprechen wird. Unter Umständen wäre auch eine Nachmiete möglich, falls daran Interesse besteht, insofern die Vermietung dem zustimmt.

We are moving within Leipzig. Due to the notice period, our old flat is practically empty for a month. If you are currently looking for a flat and need something short-term, you've come to the right place. We would offer to leave the kitchen, a bed and a sofa in the flat - so that you have the bare essentials to live in. However, you must be aware that the flat will otherwise be completely empty and will therefore not match the pictures. It may also be possible to re-let the property if there is interest on your side, provided the landlord agrees.
