Gemütliche 1,5-Zimmer-Wohnung sucht Untermieter*in

Da ich ab Februar einen Freiwilligendienst in Spanien machen werde, suche ich eine Untermieter*in oder ein Pärchen für meine Wohnung im schönen Schleußig.

Die angegebene Kaltmiete enthält schon alle Nebenkosten (Strom, Heizung, WLAN, GEZ). Ich möchte die Wohnung gerne direkt für das ganze Jahr vermieten, Mindestmietzeit wären aber 6 Monate.

Die Wohnung ist im 4. OG und über den geräumigen Fahrstuhl auch sehr bequem zu erreichen. Durch die großen Fenster ist sie trotz gegenüberliegenden Häuser schön hell und durch die Lage in einer Nebenstraße relativ ruhig. Die Hausgemeinschaft ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Schlafzimmer ist sehr klein, aber durch eine Tür seperat vom Wohnzimmer. Ich würde sie mit all meinen Möbeln und Elektrogeräten, wie Staubsauger und Waschmaschine vermieten. Die Küche ist mit einer Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank + Gefrierschrank und einer Mikrowelle ausgestattet und enthält alles Wichtige, um sich gutes Essen zu zaubern.

In 5 min ist man zu Fuß an den Tramlinien 1 und 2 oder an den Bussen 60 und 74. An den jeweiligen Haltestellen sind auch Netto und Konsum und zu Rewe und dm sind es ca. 15 min zu Fuß. Man ist in 20 min mitten im Clarapark und in noch weniger am Karl-Heine-Kanal. Und an kleinen Cafés, Restaurants und Geschäften soll es auf der Könneritzstraße natürlich auch nicht fehlen :)

As I will be doing voluntary service in Spain from February, I am looking for a subtenant or a couple for my flat in beautiful Schleußig.

The rent includes all additional costs (electricity, heating, Wifi, GEZ). I would like to rent the flat directly for the whole year, but the minimum rental period would be 6 months.

The flat is on the 4th floor and is easily accessible via the spacious lift. The large windows make it nice and bright despite the houses opposite and the location in a side street makes it relatively quiet. The other renters in the house are very friendly and attentive. The bedroom is quite small, but separated from the living room by a door. I would rent it out with all my furniture and electrical appliances, such as a hoover and washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge + freezer and a microwave and has everything you need to cook a good meal.

It is a 5-minute walk to tram lines 1 and 2 or buses 60 and 74. Netto and Konsum are also at the respective stops and Rewe and dm are about a 15-minute walk away. You can be in the centre of Clarapark in 20 minutes and at the Karl-Heine-Kanal in even less. And of course there is no shortage of small cafés, restaurants and shops on Könneritzstraße :)
