Für unsere helle, sonnige Wohnung in der Leipziger Südvorstadt an der Grenze zu Connewitz suchen wir Zwischenmieter_innen.
Die Wohnung ist 81qm groß, möbliert und befindet sich in einem schönen Altbauhaus in der 2. Etage (einen Aufzug gibt es auch).
Sie besteht aus 3 getrennten Zimmern: Wohnzimmer (Osten&Süden), Schlafzimmer mit Balkon (Süden&Westen) und Arbeitszimmer (Süden&Westen).
Der Balkon ist zum Garten raus und Wald, Bibliothek, Schnellimbiss Süd und diverse Ausgehmöglichkeiten sind gleich um die Ecke.
Bei Interesse schicken wir gerne Bilder der Wohnung.

we are subletting our nice 3 bedroom apartment. The sunny and quite flat is located in 10 min walking distance to the park and in 5 min walking distance to pubs, bars and restaurants. Within 15 minutes by bike you can reach the University or other neighborhoods like Schleußig, Lindenau, the city center, and Reudnitz.

Konsum und Aldi sind zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.
Der Auwald und die Parks sind bequem in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, ebenso wie Bars und Restaurants.
Unsere Wohnung ist geeignet für WGs, Paare oder Einzelmieter/innen. Im sehr ruhigen Haus wohnen vorwiegend Familien und es herrscht ein ausgesprochen freundliches Klima.
