Gemütlich möblierte 3-Zimmerwohnung zur Zwischenmiete im Leipziger Osten

Unsere gemütliche Wohnung im Leipzig Osten in einem vor zwei Jahren sanierten Altbau steht Euch ab dem 01. Februar 2020 für ein Jahr (31. Januar 2021) zur Zwischenmiete zur Verfügung. Sie besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer, einem Arbeits-/Gästezimmer, einem Wohnzimmer mit Balkon, Küche und Wannen-Bad. Die Wohnung ist schön hell (3. Stock) und hat durch das Bambuslaminat und die Holztüren einen warmen Charakter - ergänzt durch unsere Teils sehr alten Möbelschätze. Die Wohnung ist mit allen Möbeln und Gegenständen eingerichtet, die zum Leben nötig sind: von der Küche mit Induktionsherd, über das Schlafzimmer mit großem Bett (160x200cm) und Kleiderschrank, ein Gästezimmer mit Bett und Schreibtisch, stimmungsvoller Wohnzimmerbeleuchtung, Stereoanlage und Beamer, einer Waschmaschine und dem Fahrradkeller (ggf. auch mit Fahrrädern). Einige persönliche Gegenstände werden wir rausräumen.

Wir wünschen uns vertrauenswürdige, achtsame Zwischenmieter*innen und freuen uns, Euch beim Kaffee oder Bier kennenzulernen.

Die Übergabe der Wohnung erfolgt mit einem rechtlich bindenden Zwischenmietvertrag und gegen eine Kaution in Höhe einer Monatsmiete.

Die monatlichen Kosten umfassen die Miete, Strom- und Heizkosten, Internet (WLAN, 50MBit/s) und Rundfunkgebühren.

Wir verlassen Deutschland voraussichtlich am 31.01.20 und würden entsprechend kurz vorher die Schlüsselübergabe machen. Besichtigungen sind abends oder ggf. am Wochenende möglich. Beautifully furnished, cosy 3-room-apartment available for one year in Leipzig East

Our comfortable apartment in the east of Leipzig in an old building renovated two years ago is available from 01 February 2020 for one year (31 January 2021) for interim rent. It consists of a bedroom, a work/guest room, a living room with balcony, kitchen and bath. The apartment is very bright (3rd floor) and has a warm character due to the bamboo laminate, the wooden doors and some of the furniture being quite old. The apartment comes with all furniture and equipment necessary for living: the kitchen has inductive cooking, the bedroom a large bed (160x200cm) and wardrobe, the guest room is fitted with bed and desk, the living room has atmospheric lights, speakers and beamer, there is a washing machine and basement compartment for bike (if needed you can have bikes as well). Some personal belongings will be removed.

We are looking for trustworthy and careful people to sublet our flat for a year and would love to get to know you better over a beer or coffee or in a Skype conversation.

The apartment is handed over with a legally binding rental agreement and against an extra deposit of one month's rent, which will be reimbursed once the rental period is over.

The monthly costs are all-inclusive, comprising of rent, electricity and heating cost and internet (wifi is 50MBit/s).

We will probably leave Germany on 31/01/20 and would hand over the keys shortly before. Visits are possible in the evening or on weekends. Write us an email and send us your phone number. We are looking forward to hearing from you and will get back to you.
