Hallo ihr Lieben,
unsere schöne Wohnung auf der Eisenbahnstraße wird frei. Sie ist sehr schön und für die Eisi ziemlich ruhig, und hat eine feinen Küche und sehr viel Licht.
Die Hausverwaltung wünscht sich leider für die Wohnung weniger wgs und eher Familien oder Partner.
Küchengeräte und Waschmaschine sind vorhanden und können gern übernommen werden.
Die Wohnung ist schon ab Juli frei, doch ist es vielleicht nicht so realistisch, das zum Juli hin noch ein Vertrag zu Stande kommt. Zur Überbrückung wär z.B. Eine Zwischenmiete möglich.
Kommt gerne vorbei und schaut auch alles an.

Hello my dears,
our beautiful apartment on the Eisenbahnstrasse becomes vacant. It is very beautiful and quite calm for the Eisi, and has a fine kitchen and lots of light.
The property management unfortunately wishes for the apartment less families and partners.
Kitchen appliances and washing machine are available and can be gladly taken over. The apartment is already free from July, but it may not be so realistic that a contract will be concluded in July. For bridging would e.g. Interim rent possible.
