Since relocating to another city for work, I'm renting a charming Altbau apartment near Rosenthal Park in the Walstraßenviertel close to Leipzig city center. The apartment features a bedroom, bathroom with a bathtub, dining room, living room, and kitchen. I've thoroughly enjoyed my time living here. The neighborhood and fellow tenants are exceptionally quiet, providing an excellent quality of life. The apartment is nearly fully furnished. I am subletting it under my lease agreement for a minimum of six months. Electricity and internet are not included in the price.
