Hi ich bin Maggie. Ich ziehe nach meinem Studium aus und suche deshalb eine*n Nachfolger*in für diese schöne sanierte Altbau-Wohnung im Zentrum Leipzigs. Sie liegt super nah am Uniklinikum, an der Bibliotheca Albertina und natürlich der Karli. Die Wohnung hat ein schönes Wohnzimmer mit anliegender Küche, ein Bad und ein schönes geraeumiges Schlafzimmer mit großem Kleiderschrank.
Die Vermieter sind ein Paar aus Nürnberg. Sie sind sehr lieb und jederzeit erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist teils vormöbliert (Waschmaschine, Küche, Bett, Sofa, Kleiderschrank, Stehlampe und der Bar-/ Küchentisch). Ich habe die Sachen mitbenutzt, aber wenn du sie nicht brauchst, gibt es ein trockenes Kellerabteil zur Wohnung.

PS.: Die Wohnung ist max. für eine Person und NICHT WG-geeignet.
