Furnished apartment with balcony to sublet for 9 months or 1 year - perfect for a couple, unsuitable for flatmates

As we are moving abroad for one year we are looking for friendly, caring people who would like to sub-let our fully furnished apartment of 80 m2 in the centre of Leipzig (Zentrum-West) from mid-July 23 until mid-July 2024 (Dates are flexible. If you would prefer to move in in August let us know.) The rent is 800 € per month (including electricity, wifi etc).

The apartment is on the 5th floor (without an elevator), so you have a nice view from the balcony.
There is a kitchen leading to the balcony, a dining room, a living room with desk, a small bedroom and a small bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, there is bedding, towels and a washing machine of course. So you would only have to bring your suitcase.

Da wir ein Jahr ins Ausland gehen, suchen wir ein Paar oder eine kleine Familie die für ein Jahr in unserer Wohnung zur Untermiete wohnen möchte.
Die Wohnung ist im 5. Stock eines Plattenbaus,(leider ohne Fahrstuhl), hat ein Schlafzimmer, Esszimmer, Wohnzimmer, Küche, Bad und Balkon.
Sie ist im Zentrum West.
