I'm leaving London so I am looking for a new tenant for my beautiful apartment in Dorton Rd. The apartment has 65sqm and has two seperate rooms which makes the flat also suitable for a flatshare. Each rooms has at least two windows, there are keys to every door and the kitchen is fully furnished. There even is a dishwasher that you can take over. Next to the kitchen is a tiny storage room. If you move in alone you'll have a big living room. If you move in as a 2 person flatshare one of you will move into the 20sqm room and the other one in the 16sqm room.
The flat is located in Dorton Rd. which is located in Balham close to the Toothing Park. So you will be surrounded by nature even though you live in the city. In this neighborhood you'll find everything you're looking for. At Balham metro station you'll find some shops, restaurants and bars.
