Ich vermiete meine Wohnung in dem Zeitraum von 1.7.2022 - 15.12.2022. Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert und beinhaltet alles, was das Herz begehrt.
Mir ist vor allem wichtig, dass sorgfältig mit meinen Sachen umgegangen wird, dass auf Sauberkeit acht gelegt wird und dass sich um meine Pflanzen gekümmert wird.
Die Miete beträgt 650€, hierbei sind alle Kosten enthalten (Strom, Gas, Nebenkosten, Internet,...)
Dazu kommt eine Kaution von 2 Kaltmieten, das wären 960€, die selbstverständlich ausgezahlt werden, wenn die Wohnung ordnungsgemäß übergeben wird. :)
Insgesamt hat die Wohnung 2,5 Zimmer auf 55 qm².
Die Wohnung liegt im Herzen Lübecks, hat eine gute Anbindung, Supermärkte, Restaurants, Cafés sind fußläufig erreichbar.
