Zum 15.12.2020 bis 31.3.2021 biete ich meine helle 2 Zimmer Altbauwohnung zur Untermiete an. Die Wohnung ist hell, sonnig, gemütlich eingerichtet und verfügt über 2 Balkone. Sie ist voll möbliert und ausgestattet. Man benötigt somit nur seine persönlichen Gegenstände und kann sich sofort heimisch fühlen.
Die Miete in Höhe von 650€ beinhaltet alle Kosten (inkl. Nebenkosten, WLAN, etc.).
Die Wohnung befindet sichh in St. Lorenz Nord. Zu Fuß sind es ca. 5 Minuten zum Bahnhof und 10 Minuten auf die Altstadtinsel. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe.
In der Miete von 650 Euro sind alle Kosten eingeschlossen.
WLAN ist vorhanden.
Die Nutzung als WG ist leider nicht möglich.
Die Vermietung erfolgt nur an Nichtraucher. Bei der Anmietung ist eine Kaution zu hinterlegen.
Gerne kann ein Besichtigungstermin vereinbart werden.
