ich möchte meine geliebte Altbau-Wohnung an einen netten Menschen/Pärchen vermieten. Die Wohnung ist in der südlichen Mainzer Altstadt, 3 Minuten zu Fuß vom S-Bahnhof Römisches Theater.
Die Wohnung beinhaltet alle Annehmlichkeiten wie eine riesen Glotze, eine Bar und meine sehr geliebte Espresso-Maschine :-)
Alles was man zum Leben braucht ist in 3-5 min zu Fuß zu erreichen
Die Wohnung ist ideal für ein Pärchen oder auch für Singles. Für WG eher ungeeignet, da das Wohnzimmer offen ist; aber für 2.5 Monate geht’s sicherlich auch ;-)
