Einzugstermin variabel. Wohnung ist schon sogut wie leer.
Sehr gute Lage - mit dem Fahrad sind es nur 6 min. zur Uni (5mins zur Uni-Klinik) und 10min. zum Hauptbahnhof. Eine Sbahn-Station sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls fast vor der Haustür. Man hat hier soweit alles was man braucht in direkter Umgebung!
Bei den 70m² Gesamtgröße der Wohnung bin ich mir nicht 100%ig sicher. Die Zimmeraufteilung is aufjedenfall folgende:
2x 16m² Zimmer (KM 260)
1x 11m² Zimmer (KM 200)
sowie eine große geräumige Küche + Abstellkammer und ein großes Bad.
In den Nebenkosten ist wirklich alles mit einberechnet (Internet/Telefon-Anschluss kann problemlos übernommen). Es kommt also nichts weiter hinzu!
