Hallo,
ab dem 01.07.22 steht unsere geliebte Wohnung in Finthen, Poststraße 32 zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist im 2. Stock und daher sehr schön hell. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, wie Rewe, Penny, Bäcker oder Eisladen sind direkt um die Ecke. Die Außentreppe zur Haustür kann als ganz ganz kleiner Balkon genutzt werden.
Die Wohnung bietet sich sehr gut für ein Pärchen oder 2er WG an. In der Wohnung selbst darf natürlich nicht geraucht werden und größere Haustiere fühlen sich auf Dauer auch nicht wohl.
Küche und Kühlschrank sind in der Wohnung enthalten.
Die auf den Bildern zu sehende Spühlmaschine, Waschmaschine, Küchen-Insel (Servierwagen) sowie Fensterrollos und Duschvorhang sind noch in unserem Besitz und würden wir für 700 Euro abgeben und in der Wohnung verbleiben.
