Der Vermieter wünscht max. 2 Personen zur Miete. Die Wohnung ist nahe an sämtlichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Straßenbahnhaltestelle. Sie verfügt über eine Einbauküche mit Raum für einen großen Essplatz, das Bad ist klein aber fein, das Wohnzimmer hat Zugang zum großen Balkon, eines der beiden Schlafzimmer ist eher kleiner (passt ein großes Bett und ein Schrank gut rein). Im Keller gibt es Platz für eine Waschmaschine und bei Bedarf einen Trockner - ein Regal zum Sachen abstellen und ein - zwei Fahrräder (müssen allerdings die Treppen runtergetragen werden)
Wir können schon ab dem 28. Januar raus, aber auch etwas später.
