Die Wohnung ist sehr hell durch die großen Fenster und hohe Decken (2,80 m)und sehr gut gelegen in unmittelbarer Rheinnähe. Sie eignet sich hervorragend für Pärchen! Eine Einbauküche ist vorhanden. In der Küche und im Bad gibt es Anschlüsse für eine Waschmaschine/Spülmaschine. Ein großer Abstellraum im Keller und extra Abstellraum für Fahrräder. Im Esszimmer ist ein Dielenboden, im Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer Teppich. Das Bad hat Marmorboden und ist auch schön deckenhoch gefliest. Die Wohnung ist nicht WG-tauglich.
