Ich hau für zwei Wochen ab nach Portugal!
Wenn du also für wenige Tage im Herzen der Mainzer Neustadt eine Unterkunft suchst, bist du bei mir genau richtig!!
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 6.Stock (kein aufzug) und ist mit allem ausgestattet was du brauchst und verfügt über 2(!!!) Balkonies, woop woop! Morgens wie Abends hast du also das Vergnügen bei gut Wetter aufzutanken. Der kleine Balkon geht zum Hinterhof raus, der grosse vorne zur Straße.
Es gibt noch einen weiteren Raum, allerdings werde ich dort meine Heiligtümer einschließen, so dass dir Schlafzimmer, Wohnküche und Badezimmer zur Verfügung stehen.

I rent my apartment for two weeks while I’m at portugal.
So if you‘re searching for a cosy place in the center of Mainzer Neustadt, u found your perfect spot!
My flat is on the 6. floor (no lift) and has everything u need and two (!!!) balkonies, woop woop! In morning and evening u can enjoy the good weather (fingers crossed). The small balkony gives u a lovely and silent few in the backyard, the bigger one goes out to the street.
Also there is another room where I’m going to lock in all my ‚holy things‘, so u end up with a bedroom, bathroom and a big kitchen.
Viele Cafés und Kneipen in unmittelbarerer Nähe.
Supermärkte 5-8 minuten entfernt.
Bushaltestelle halbe Minute entfernt.
Lots of Cafés and bars around the corner.
Supermarkets 5-8 minutes walk.
Busstop less than a minute.
