Die Wohnung (Altbau, hohe Decken) im 1.OG ist 2010 komplett renoviert worden (Boden, Wände, Räume) - Zimmer (jeweils 15qm groß & quadratisch geschnitten), Bad & WC (zwei getrennte Räume) sowie Küche sind also in Top-Zustand. Im Innenhof kann man Fahrräder und Wäscheständer abstellen, im Sommer auch mal gemütlich grillen. Stress mit Nachbarn gab's bisher nie, insgesamt ist das Haus eher studentisch geprägt.
Die WG liegt im 1. Obergeschoss in der lebhaften Neckarstadt-West, allerdings noch relativ gesittet, da direkt an der Mittelstraße, nahe zum Neckar und weit weg von dubiosen Ecken! :)

2 min zur Haltestelle Neumarkt, Linie 2
5 min zu den Haltestellen Carl-Benz-Straße & Alte Feuerwache, diverse Linien
=> in ca. 10-15 Minuten ist man mit der Bahn oder dem Fahrrad in der Innenstadt/an der Uni
Eines der beiden Zimmer könnte auch schon im Februar bezogen werden.
