Da wir zurück in die Niederlande ziehen, suchen wir neue Langzeitmieter für unsere schöne Wohnung. Es verfügt über drei geräumige und helle Zimmer mit großen Fenstern und hohen Decken sowie eine separate Küche und ein Bad. Das Appartment befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines Appartmentkomplexes in der Seckenheimer Straße (es muss also nicht jeden Tag eine Treppe geklettert werden).
Wir suchen neues Mieter die sich in einem unbefristeten Arbeitsverhältnis befinden und die Probezeit absolviert haben. Außerdem sollte das monatliche Nettoeinkommen ausreichen, um die Wohnung und alle damit einhergehenden Verpflichtungen bestreiten zu können.

Since we are moving back to the Netherlands, we are looking for new long-term tenants for our lovely appartment. It has three spacious and light rooms with large windows and high ceilings, and a separate kitchen and bathroom. The appartment is located at the ground floor (so no stairs has to be climbed everyday) of an appartment complex at the Seckenheimer Strasse.
We are looking for new tenants who are in permanent employment and have completed the probationary period. In addition, the monthly net income should be sufficient to cover the home and all associated obligations.
Das Apartment liegt strategisch günstig am Ende der Seckenheimer Straße in der Schwetzinger Vorstadt und ist nur wenige Sekunden von den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (der Straßenbahnhaltestelle "Planetarium", in 10 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof und im Quadrate) und Minuten vom Luisenpark, verschiedenen Restaurants (thailändisches Essen, KFC, Pizza usw.) und Lebensmittelgeschäft entfernt Läden (zB Lidl, Edeka und Rewe).

The appartment is strategically located at the end of the Seckenheimer Strasse within Schwetzinger Vorstadt and is within seconds of public transport (the tram stop "Planetarium", in 10 minutes at Hauptbahnhof and the Quadrate) and minutes of the Luisenpark, various restaurants (Thai food, KFC, pizza etc.) and grocery stores (e.g. Lidl, Edeka and Rewe).
Die Wohnung verfügt über eine sehr komfortable Küche (inklusive Waschmaschine) und wir möchten, dass auch diese von den neuen Mietern übernommen wird. Außerdem möchten wir einige unserer Möbel (z. B. ein Schlafsofa, einen Kleiderschrank) aufgrund unseres Umzugs verkaufen. Je mehr Sie übernehmen möchten, desto höher sind die Chancen, die Wohnung zu bekommen.
Da wir Niederländer sind, ist unser Deutsch nur sehr einfach (hoffentlich hat Google Translate seinen Job gemacht :) ). The appartment includes a very convenient kitchen (including washing machine) and we would like the new tenants to take this over as well. In addition, we would like to sell some of our furniture (e.g. a sofa bed, wardrobe) due to our move. The more you would like to take over, the higher the chances of getting the appartment.
