Hey, wir sind Mara und Emilio. Im Sommer startet unser Auslandssemester und wir suchen für die Zwischenzeit Untermieter:innen!
Im Voraus: die Ein-/ Auszugdaten können wir auf individueller Basis besprechen.
Die gesamte Wohnung hat 55qm, befindet sich im 3. Stock, hat zwei Zimmer, eine modern ausgestattete Küche, Bad, Balkon, Trockenspeicher und einen Innenhof, wo man sein Fahrrad anschließen kann.
Die meisten Möbel bleiben in den Zimmern, wir packen aber unsere Sachen weg, sodass man es sich hier selber schön einrichten kann.
Wir suchen nette und saubere Leute, die unsere schöne Wohnung für die Zwischenzeit übernehmen.

Hey, we are Mara and Emilio. Our semester abroad starts in summer and we are looking for subtenants for the meantime!
In advance: we can discuss the move-in/move-out dates on an individual basis.
The whole apartment is 55 sqm, located on the 3rd floor, has two rooms, a modern equipped kitchen, bathroom, balcony, dry storage and a courtyard where you can connect your bike.
Most of the furniture stays in the rooms, but we pack our stuff away, so you can make yourself comfortable!
We are looking for nice and clean people to take over our lovely apartment for the meantime.

Die nächsten Bahnhaltestellen S1/S6 Krappmühlstraße oder Kopernikusstraße (3 min.)
Der Hauptbahnhof (12 min.), Uni Mannheim (15 min.), Hochschule Mannheim (12 min.) Also je weniger als 5 mit dem Fahrrad. Lidl ist direkt nebenan und Edeka/ DM sind 6 min. zu Fuß entfernt.
Man kommt von hier aus sehr schnell zum Wasserturm und Rhein - perfekt zum Spazierengehen, Joggen, Fahrradfahren etc.
Die Straßen in der Schwetzinger Vorstadt sind schön und grün bepflanzt, es ist ruhig, der Rhein und Wasserturm sind sehr schnell erreichbar und man ist in 10 min. mit dem Fahrrad eigentlich überall. Unsere Nachbarn sind eher jünger und im Haus ist es ruhig.

You can get to the Wasserturm and Rhine very quickly from here - perfect for walking, jogging, biking, etc.
The streets in the Schwetzinger Vorstadt are beautiful and green planted, it is quiet, the Rhine and Wasserturm are very quickly accessible and you are quite everywhere in 10 min by bike. Our neighbors are rather younger and in the house it is quiet.
