** Direct access to shopping mall, with grocery stores (Lidl), many Restaurants (Italian, Arabic, Turkish, Asian), pharmacy, drycleaner, beauty salon and hairdresser, tailor and a big medical centre (General Practicioner and Specialists)
** Short distance to adult education centre (VHS - e.g German language classes) and public swimming pool (indoor/outdoor)
** Good connection to public transport - a bus stop is in front of the door, the fast-train (S-Bahn) station “Haar” can be reached within 10 minutes. Two S-Bahn lines (S4/S6) provides you every 10 minutes, direct access within 17 minutes to city centre (Marienplatz).
** In the immediate vicinity there are many other shops for everything you need for life, as well as cafes and restaurants, many other stores like Edeka, DM, Hagebau/DIY.
RENTAL-CONTRACT
** You ideally can move in in January 24 (later date can be negotiated)
** We offer a rental contract with KVR registration
** The minimum stay is 1 year.
** Absolutely no pets, no smoking, no wild parties and only for max. 2 occupants in the flat.
