I sublet my modern, sunny and cozy apartment. Highlight is a large work/living room oriented south which features an inviting
balcony facing to the green backyard.
The kitchen is fully equipped, has an induction stove and accommodate two people at its small table.
The apartment is modern and well isolated, protected in summer from hot temperatures.
The apartment has also ready-to-use Internet connection ;-)
Lively district around Rotkreuzplatz with little shops and cafés and an English-speaking cinema.
Large offer of supermarkets including bio-stores, bakery, pharmacy, drug store, Italian delicatessen at walking distance.
A metro that takes you to the main station in 3 minutes.
During the sublease I will be living in Switzerland and may occasionally come to Munich for a couple of days workshops. This is the reason to keep the third room of the apartment for my sporadic usage.
