Bei dringendem Bedarf kann sie auch schon ab dem 14. April gemietet werden.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock (inkl. Aufzug), ist ca. 50qm groß und voll möbliert. Alle Zimmer verfügen über Tageslicht. Die Wohnung ist mit 2 Arbeitsplätzen ausgestattet, jeweils Schreibtisch samt Monitor, ideal fürs Home Office.

Zimmer:
• Wohnzimmer mit Couch, TV, Esstisch & Schreibtisch
• Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett sowie einem weiteren Schreibtisch
• Bad mit Badewanne/Dusche und Waschmaschine
• Küche: separate Küche, komplett ausgestattet, Kühlschrank, Cerankochfeld, Backofen, Geschirrspülmaschine, komplett mit Geschirr und Küchenutensilien
• Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheit, nach Westen und zum Innenhof ausgerichtet, von Wohn- und Schlafzimmer aus zugänglich

The flat can be rented for a limited period from 26 April to 31 October 2024, with a certain flexibility: minimum 4, maximum 6 months. If urgently required, it can also be rented from 14 April onwards.
The flat is located on the 1st floor (incl. elevator), is approx. 50 sqm in size and is fully furnished. All rooms have natural light. The flat is equipped with 2 workstations, each with a desk and monitor, ideal for a home office.

- Living room with couch, TV, dining table & desk
- Bedroom with double bed and another desk
- Bathroom with bathtub/shower and washing machine
- Kitchen: separate kitchen, fully equipped, fridge, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, complete with crockery and kitchen utensils
- Balcony with seating, facing west and the inner courtyard, accessible from the living room and bedroom
- In the cellar: drying room, bicycle cellar, WITHOUT own cellar compartment
- Optional: underground car park for 70€.
