The appartment is ideal for a family or a couple with or without kids or for up to 3 students.
We are also open to other people.
The appartment has 2 big rooms + living room + kitchen + 1 bathroom with bathtub and shower + 1 additional toilet + 1 individual compartment in the basement (ca. 10 m2 additional to the103 m2 mentioned before). There are also shared bicicle rooms in the basement that you can use.
The appartment is really bright and sunny.
The appartment is available for sure until 30th of June 2025, most probably longer.
We rent it out, because we are living in Spain. We don´t know, if or when we will come back.
So the appartment is rented out for an unlimited time.
We would like to agree a notice period of 1 or 2 month for ending the contract for both parties but we are flexible regarding this issue.
The flat is fully equiped with EVERYTHING. Anything con can think of is there (Dishes, Towels, Blankets, etc.) Especially the kitchen containes EVERYTHING you need to cook and eat. Washing machine and dish washer included too. Also TV and HiFi Equipment. Gas BBQ on balcony.
The price includes EVERYTHING like WiFi, electricity, heating, water, waste, cable TV, TV tax, insurance etc. Cleaning not included. You will have no additional cost.
The deposit consists of 3.000 EUR. (will be refunded at check-out after the apartment is checked)
Optional:
If you wish, we can also provide you with a parking space in the garage in the basement.
This would be subject to a separate negotiation.
2 Minutes to U3 Metro Station "Forstenrieder Allee".
All Kind of stores are very close.
Penny, ReWe, EDEKA - 3 minutes walking, 1 minute by bike
Gym, Aldi, Netto, Hagebau - 10 minutes walking, 3 minutes by bike
