Our house is located directly on a very nice small park with open spaces for sports and games as well as a large children's playground which is far enough away not to be heard. We are a small residential complex with only 5 residential units and 7 residents. The environment is excellent, all large and small shops and medical facilities are available in the immediate vicinity. From the bakery to the citizens' office, you can easily reach everything on foot. To get to Starnberg you only have to cross one set of traffic lights (also applies to Salzburg) and you are there in just 12 minutes. The most important subway, U3, is a 3-minute walk away and you can be in Südpark in just under 5 minutes.

Unser Haus liegt direkt an einer sehr schönen kleinen Parkanlage mit Freiflächen für Sport und Spiel sowie einem großen Kinderspielplatz der aber weit genug weg ist um ihn nicht zu hören.
Wir sind eine kleine Wohn-Anlage mit nur 5 Wohneinheiten und 7 Bewohnern.
Das Umfeld Ist hervorragend, alle großen und kleinen Geschäfte und Medizinischen Einrichtungen sind in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden. Vom Bäcker bis zum Bürgerbüro erreichen Sie alles problemlos zu Fuß.
Zum Starnberg haben Sie nur eine einzige Ampel (gilt auch für Salzburg) zu kreuzen und schon nach 12 Minuten ist man da.
Die wichtigste UBahn dienU3 liegt 3 Gehminuten entfernt und in knapp 5 Minuten sind Sie bereits im Südpark.
