Die Wohnung ist sehr gut angebunden. Sie liegt 5min vom Candidplatz (U1) und 10min vom Kolumbusplatz (U2). In nur 3min seid ihr direkt an der Isar, wo sich auch ein öffentlicher Gym befindet. Zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Aldi, EDEKA oder Penny sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 5. Stockwerk und hat zwei wunderschöne Balkone - wovon Du einen nutzen kannst. Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert und befindet sich auf der Westseite - wodurch Ihr jeden Abend einen wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang sehen werdet. Bad, Küche und Wohnzimmer werden geteilt.

Hello,
because we will be traveling, we are sub-renting our apartment.
The apartment is very well connected. It is 5min away from Candidplatz (U1) and 10min from Kolumbusplatz (U2). In only 3min you are at Isar, where you can also find a public gym. There are many grocery shopping possibilities in walking distance such as Aldi, EDEKA or Penny.
The apartment is in the 5th floor and has 2 wonderful balconies - of which you can use one. The room is fully furnished and is of the west side of the building - by this you will have a wonderful sun set every evening. Bathroom, kitchen and living room are shared.
